Which data do we process?

When you fill in the demo request form we process only what you type: full name, institution, role, e-mail address, optional phone number and your message. The time of submission and the IP address are recorded with the form to prevent abuse.

For what purpose and on what basis?

Your data is processed only to answer your demo request, to arrange a presentation and to answer your questions. The processing rests on fulfilling your request and on your explicit consent. Your data is not added to marketing lists and is not sold to third parties.

How long do we keep it?

Demo requests are kept for at most two years after the request is closed and are then deleted. If a commercial relationship is established, the periods set by the applicable legislation apply.

Who do we share it with?

The form content is sent by e-mail to Alfion's own mailbox and stored on Alfion's server. It is not transferred to any other organization except where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses a single functional cookie, only to remember the language you chose. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are used. The video is not loaded from YouTube until you press play; once you play it, YouTube's privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request its deletion or destruction, and to object to processing.
